To design a solar system perfectly sized for your home, we need two files from your Edison account. Follow the steps below — it takes about 5 minutes.
What We Need From You
We need at least one of these files to build your custom solar design. The Green Button data is ideal — but if you can only get your bill, that works too.

Green Button Data (CSV)
12 months of electricity usage history from your SCE account. We use this to size your system perfectly.
Latest Edison Bill
A PDF download or clear photo of your most recent bill so we can see your rate plan and current charges.
How to Get Your SCE Data
Click each step to expand. Screenshots are included so you know exactly what to look for.
Go to www.sce.com and click “Log In” in the top right corner. Use the same username and password you use to pay your Edison bill.
Forgot your password? Click “Forgot My Password” on the login page to reset it.
Click the “More” tab (••• icon) in the top navigation, then select “Data Sharing and Download” from the dropdown.
Set the start date to 12 months ago and end date to today. Select “Comma Separated (.csv)” as the format, complete the reCAPTCHA, and click Download.
⚠️ Important: You MUST select CSV — not XML. If you pick XML, we can’t use the file and you’ll need to download it again.
Option A: While logged in to sce.com, go to “Billing & Payments” and download your latest bill as a PDF.
Option B: Take a clear photo of your paper bill with your phone. Make sure all numbers are readable.
Scroll down, fill in your contact info, drop in both files, and hit Submit. We handle everything from there and will reach out within 24 hours with your custom solar estimate.
